Child Porn Sting Nets 20 Arrests

LAKELAND - Twenty men were arrested this week on child pornography charges in what the Polk County Sheriff's Office called its largest child pornography sting operation to date.

One man identified in the sting has still not been arrested.

The youngest child in the images was a month old, and the average age of the victims was 8, Sheriff Grady Judd said during a news conference Thursday.

The suspects had more than 100,000 images of child pornography and 500 movies, Judd said.

Investigators started in October and finished in February.

One man was arrested Wednesday and 17 were arrested Thursday. Two others already were in Polk County Jail on unrelated charges, sheriff's spokeswoman Donna Wood said.

The suspects, who range in age from 17 to 64, all are from Polk County.

Charges against them were possession of pornography or promotion of pornography or both.

Many of the men face numerous counts.

None of the arrested men is a registered sexual offender or predator, Judd said at the news conference.

These men are facing charges:

*Joseph Allen, 38, 680 County Road 559A, Auburndale. Allen faces one second-degree charge of promotion of child pornography and 40 second-degree counts of possession.

*William Borkowski, 21, 514 Arneson Ave., Auburndale. Borkowski is charged with one second-degree count of promotion.

*Derek Fraser, 17, 2779 Berkford Circle, Lakeland. Fraser is charged with one second-degree count of promotion and 40 second-degree counts of possession.

*Donald Bixler, 59, 3610 Raintree Terrace, Lakeland. Bixler is charged with 40 second-degree counts of possession.

*William Perren II, 23, 5233 U.S. 98 N., Apt. 133, Lakeland. Perren, who is at-large, is charged with one count of second-degree promotion.

*William "Heath" Fraine, 35, 219 24th Court S.W., Winter Haven. Fraine is charged with one count of second-degree promotion and 11 counts of second-degree possession.

*Shane Adcock, 21, 2415 Teri St., Auburndale. Adcock is charged with one count of second-degree promotion and 40 counts of second-degree possession.

*Reynolds Horton, 64, 2020 W. Lake Parker, Lakeland. Horton is charged with 10 counts of second-degree possession.

*Albert Coven, 38, 714 Avenue O S.W., Winter Haven. Coven is charged with one count of third-degree possession and 40 counts of second-degree possession.

*Bradley Willis, 22, 1048 S. Buena Vista Drive, Lake Alfred. Willis is charged with two counts of third-degree possession and 40 counts of second-degree possession.

*Bruce Blair, 49, 6920 Marlyn Drive, Lakeland. Blair is charged with one count of third-degree possession and one count of second-degree promotion.

*Chad Hanna, 27, 740 Winfree Ave., Apt. 5, Lakeland. Hanna is charged with two counts of third-degree possession and one count of second-degree promotion.

*Reginald Andrews, 35, 740 Winfree Ave., Apt. 5, Lakeland. Andrews is charged with two counts of third-degree possession and one count of second-degree promotion.

*Mitchell Parker, 22, 321 Imperial Blvd., Apt. C30, Lakeland. Parker is charged with three counts of third-degree possession and one count of second-degree promotion.

*Daniel Czajkowski, 59, 1822 16th St. N.W., Winter Haven. Czajkowski is charged with 40 counts of third-degree possession and one count of second-degree promotion.

*Darryl Dixon, 21, 101 Broward Drive, Winter Haven. Dixon, who is at-large, is charged with 10 counts of third-degree possession and one count of second-degree promotion.

*Gary Motley, 55, 1925 Harden Blvd., Lot 287, Lakeland. Motley is charged with 40 counts of third-degree possession and one count of second-degree promotion.

*Joseph Reynardo, 60, 3835 Big Bend Trail, Polk City. Reynardo is charged with one count of third-degree possession.

*Nathan Gress, 20, 5611 Driftwood Drive, Lakeland. Gress is charged with two counts of third-degree possession and one count of second-degree promotion.

*Daniel Smith, 19, 127 1st Eloise St., Winter Haven. Smith is charged with one count of third-degree possession and one count of second-degree promotion.

*Eric Curtis, 34, 5724 Daughtery Downs Loop, Lakeland. Curtis is charged with four counts of third-degree possession and 40 counts of second-degree possession.
