A Tampa man used his 12-year-old son as a translator to offer an undercover officer $20 for sex, police say.
Police arrested Severino Quintana, 61, of Tampa, at 8 p.m. Tuesday at 4800 N. Lois Ave. He was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and soliciting another person to commit prostitution. He remains in Orient Road Jail, with bail set at $750.
Quintana "was taken into custody without incident, and his son was released to his mother," an arrest report states.
