he man accused of killing a 3-month-old boy and throwing him out of a moving car had to be removed from court this morning after an outburst during a routine hearing.

Richard Anthony McTear was in court as the prosecution and defense attorneys debated whether prior statements from McTear could be used as evidence in his first-degree murder trial in the death of Emanuel Wesley Murray.
