Kids get gift of hearing

More than 100 youngsters with hearing disabilities received free digital hearing aids Monday, compliments of the Starkey Hearing Foundation and Publix Super Markets Charities. The children were chosen to participate in the giveaway based on the recommendations of local professionals, school districts and special education centers. As if the free help wasn't enough, the children also received encouragement from celebrity guests, including a couple of Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
