A registered sex offender faces 23 counts of possessing child pornography and one count of lewd and lascivious molestation after he was found having sex with a girl younger than 16, Indian Shores police say.
Kenneth E. Rosier, 25, of Largo, was arrested about 11:50 p.m. Friday after police found him engaged in sexual activity with the victim in a Redington Shores parking lot, a report states.
Police say Rosier is a registered sex offender. He is being held at the Pinellas County Jail.
