Three people were injured Tuesday night when a sport utility vehicle collided with a motorcycle at Bloomingdale Avenue and Providence Road, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.
The driver of the Chevrolet SUV was westbound on Bloomingdale and turned in front of the motorcycle about 9 p.m., according to sheriff's spokesman J.D. Callaway.
The motorcycle's driver and passenger, a man and a woman were ejected, and both were taken to Tampa General Hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries, the sheriff's office said.
The SUV driver only received minor injuries. The names and ages of those involved were not available immediately, Callaway said, and the investigation continues.
