Tampa police have charged a man with DUI in connection with a wreck that injured four people at Hillsborough Avenue and 19th Street.
Tampa police have charged James Quick with DUI in connection with the accident. Police said he was driving east on Hillsborough when he hit an Expedition while trying to make a left turn onto 19th Street.
Three of Quick's passengers were taken to St. Joseph's Hospital with what police described as serious but non-life threatening injuries.
One passenger in the Expedition was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
