A man is in critical condition following a brawl between two groups that attended Saturday's Monster Jam at Raymond James Stadium.
The fight happened at 10:30 p.m. near the stadium, close to Himes Avenue and Leroy Street, Tampa police said.
David Stanaland, 34, suffered a serious head injury and was hospitalized in critical condition.
No arrests have been made in the fight, which police characterized as an isolated incident not connected to the Monster Jam. No serious incidents were reported at the event, where souped-up cars and trucks ram into and jump over other vehicles and other objects.
