The Tarpon Springs Police Department is investigating the death of man found Sunday afternoon in the Harbour Watch community.
Police received a call at 1:51 p.m. Sunday and once they arrived at 2107 Olivia Court, investigators found the unidentified, white male dead due to at least one gunshot wound.
According to the Pinellas County Property Appraiser website, the nearly 3,000 square-foot home was sold in October for $589,000 to Mary Kay Spradlin and Rosemaryanne Kathleen Stevenen.
Tarpon Springs investigators remain at the scene conducting an investigation.
