A 22-year-old Nokomis man has been accused of robbing a woman in the parking lot of a Sarasota restaurant.
Joshua Duncan, of 1500 Morgan St., was arrested Monday and faces a charge of robbery with a firearm, the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office said.
According to deputies, Duncan approached the woman on the night of Jan. 17 outside Troyer's Dutch Heritage Restaurant, 3713 Bahia Vista St., showed her a black handgun and demanded "everything" she had.
Duncan fled after taking the woman's Coach purse, wallet and $130 in cash, deputies said.
