A 33-year-old city man who was part of a drug ring that involved a Pasco County sheriff's deputy was sentenced today to three years in federal prison.
Kevin Massimino pleaded guilty to drug charges after former Deputy Don Riggans pleaded guilty and was prepared to tesify against Massimino.
Riggans was sentenced in December to two years in federal prison.
Another co-defendant, Robert Caddick, was sentenced in December to 27 months in federal prison.
