Mark Alan Mueller and his girlfriend were arguing over alcohol use Monday afternoon when she poured a 12-ounce Miller Lite beer onto the kitchen floor, a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report states.
Immediately, Mueller picked up his girlfriend and proceeded to use her as a mop, slinging her back and forth in the "beer puddle," the report states.
Mueller is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds, the report states.
The woman's 9-year-old daughter was in the room during the incident, deputies said.
Mueller, 47, of 5305 Blue Bird Drive, is being held without bail at the Land O' Lakes Jail.
