You better watch out because you-know-who is coming to town.
Santa will be among the highlights of the 26th annual Plant City Christmas Parade, which will march through downtown starting 6 p.m. Dec. 4.
Bands, civic clubs and churches will participate in the parade, which always includes Santa arriving in a unique form of transportation. His mode of travel is a closely guarded secret, but previously he has parked his sled and rode on a Hummer, airboat and a helicopter.
The grand marshal will be longtime grocer Felton Williams and his family. The Williams operate Felton's Meat & Produce Market, known for stocking a wide variety of ethnic foods along with regular groceries. The family is known for its civic involvement and support of local charitable causes.
The parade will form at Collins and Alsobrook streets, march north on Collins, turn east on Reynolds Street and disband at the courthouse at Reynolds and Michigan Avenue.
Plant City has one of the earliest parades in the area.
