Teachers at Wilson Elementary School will hold a garage sale from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday to benefit the local Relay for Life.
The sale will be on the Franklin Street side of the school, 702 W. English St.
"We will have clothes, children's toys, home decorations, purses, all the same things you see at any garage sale," said Kindell Gilmore, a first-grade teacher and the school captain for Relay for Life.
All the money made at the event will be given to the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, she said.
