Florida Attorney General and Republican gubernatorial candidate Bill McCollum will appear on two Fox
News shows this afternoon to discuss his plan to challenge health care reform if it passes.
McCollum is on Your World with Neil Cavuto right now and is scheduled to appear on Fox's Special Report with Bret Baier at 6 p.m.
McCollum is discussing the constitutionality of health care reform and how he legally plans to challenge it.
A January poll showed that his view on health care was helping his gubernatorial bid.
Respondents supported McCollum by 41 percent to 31 percent over Democratic challenger Alex Sink in the Quinnipiac University poll.
