Organizers Say Festival To Be Bigger, Better

SOUTH TAMPA --

The 45th annual South Tampa Fall Festival and Thrift Sale is coming to St. Patrick Catholic Church, 4520 S. Manhattan Ave.

Organizers say this year's event will be bigger and better, with midway rides, food, games, booths, a thrift sale and entertainment.

Festival hours are 4 to 9 p.m. Oct. 16, noon to 11 p.m. Oct. 17 and 18, and noon to 8 p.m. Oct. 19.

Four-day wristbands for unlimited rides are $55 and will be available at the church office until Oct. 15. Advance sale tickets are $20 for a sheet of 40; tickets are 75 cents each during the festival.

The thrift sale will be from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 17 and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 18 in the social hall behind the church. There will be furniture, household items, jewelry, clothing, plants and more.
