SEFFNER On Aug. 27, more than a dozen students from the University of Tampa's Into the Streets program volunteered at the Human Development Center. The HDC is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to helping adults with developmental disabilities and/or autism.
The students spent their Saturday building a meditation rock pond complete with a birdbath signed by all the student volunteers at the C.J. Waters Clinical Treatment Center in Seffner, one of HDC's newest locations.
