The University of Central Florida squad ended up atop the leaderboard of the three-day USF Invitational golf tournament, which wrapped up Tuesday at the Lake Jovita Golf and Country Club.
UCF finished ahead of the University of Georgia, the University of Kentucky, the University of South Florida and the University of North Carolina in the tournament, which drew male golfers from 17 schools across the country.
Florida State tied for 10th place, while Florida Gulf Coast University finished 12th and Florida Atlantic finished 15th.
Among individual players, the Top 5 were: Justin Dorward of the University of Louisville, Chris Pledger of Arkansas State University, Brad Schneider of UCF, Chase Parker from Kentucky and Jose Joia from UCF.
