Hillsborough elections supervisor Phyllis Busansky dies

Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections Phyllis Busansky has been found dead in St. Augustine, city and county officials said today. She was 73. Her chief of staff, Craig Latimer, and Tampa City Council Chairman Tom Scott confirmed Busansky's death.
