Food prices are continuing to rise, and show no signs of slowing down. And it's pinching people of all economic classes and nutrition advocates fear that it's going to result in people making cheaper, and less nutritious choices at the grocery store.
The short-term effect is survival, but the long-term damage to your health could be disastrous. Everyone knows how much money you make affects your food choices, but where you live and your cultural tastes may also impact how well you eat.
What steps have you taken to balance the need to save money with still providing healthy meals for your family? Or, like other time-starved families, do you fix quick, easy meals that they'll enjoy, not being too concerned with concerns?
