Some local taxi drivers are complaining about the electric vehicles offering free, short rides in downtown Tampa. The cabbies want the government to regulate the free-ride services. The Hillsborough County Public Transportation Commission decided to hold of on deciding whether to regulate the electric vehicles. How do you think they should proceed?
