Makes perfect Obama sense to me. First, steal from hard working taxpayers, then create a Spendulus plan that gives the deserving unemployed more money in one area and takes away in another, so they end up with exactly the same..nothing.

Another great example of Democrats playing fast and loose with OUR money. The Messiah's armor is beginning to show some chinks in it.
