Absolutely not. This is just another ploy by LEO and prosecutors trying to go around our basic civil rights. They have witness lists and defendants why are they trying to draw innocent people in who might be commenting about the case. The case that raises this poll is nothing more than a lousy/lazy prosecutor who lost one case and is losing another as we speak. Socialism at its best or did we call that communism during the cold war.
