Needless to say, the line was LONG, but getting it done was wonderful. I voted for me, for my family, for my lovely daughter, for my mother who is gone for too many years. Most of all, I voted because I could - and that is what our country is all about. Voted at the Jimmie B. Keel Regional Library, 2902 W. Bearss Ave. I am handicapped, and the help I received made it possible to vote. Without their help, I couldn't have stood in line and made it inside to vote. The people manning the line made sure it went smoothly, and they were absolutely outstanding. I was able to meet the person in front of me, the person behind me, and met them again when the line met up with me inside. I was able to sit inside and wait until my place in line came along. I also read 180 pages in my book, and that translates to about a 2 hour wait. AND WORTH IT!!!!
