Busch Gardens and Adventure Island will be closed Tuesday, August 19. Precautions are in place in accordance with the parks' extensive Severe Weather Plan to ensure the safety of employees and animals during this time, including the movement of animals to their secure night quarters. Zoological staff will remain on property through the night to monitor the situation. Details regarding the parks' reopening will be shared when that decision is made.
