Courts in the Sixth Judicial Circuit will be closed on Tuesday.

Anyone who is scheduled to appear for court proceedings on Tuesday should not report. Residents of both Pasco and Pinellas counties who had been summoned for jury duty on Tuesday have been excused and told not report to any courthouse in the Sixth Judicial Circuit.

Normal after-hours procedures should be followed for emergency court matters. Tuesday’s advisory hearings will be conducted at 8:30 a.m. at the East Pasco courthouse in Dade City.

Attorneys, pro se litigants or other citizens who scheduled hearings that were canceled on Tuesday will be responsible for rescheduling those hearings. Anyone involved in a proceeding that was scheduled for them will be notified of the new date for that proceeding.
