Saint Leo University plans to open its main campus in Pasco County for normal operations Tuesday morning. Plans will be adjusted if weather conditions deteriorate.

The university cancelled its Monday and Tuesday classes at two Florida military bases, Key West Naval Air Station and MacDill Air Force Base, at the direction of the bases.
