Two of the University of South Florida's NFL products - linebacker Kawika Mitchell and cornerback Mike Jenkins - along with two-time All-America defensive end George Selvie headline the Bulls' all-time defense as voted on by fans at TBO.com

Jenkins, who is with the Dallas Cowboys, received 65 percent of the votes at cornerback.

Mitchell, who is with the Buffalo Bills, received 44 percent of the votes at linebacker with the remaining two spots going to Tyrone McKenzie (20 percent) and Ben Moffitt (15 percent).

Moffitt edged Stephen Nicholas, now with the Atlanta Falcons, for the final linebacker spot.

Completing the all-defensive team was defensive tackles Aaron Harris and Richard Clebert, defensive end Shawn Hay, cornerback Bernard Brown, safeties Danny and Kevin Verpaele and punter Tony Umholtz.

Clebert edged Lee Roy Selmon Jr. by two votes for the second defensive line position.

Besides Nicholas, two other former Bulls that have played in the NFL - safeties J.R. Reed and Anthony Henry - did not make the team.

Selvie, Harris and quarterback Matt Grothe were the only active players voted to the USF's all-time offensive and defensive team. Nearly 5,500 votes were received in voting for the all-time teams during the past two weeks.
