Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver Antonio Bryant is expected to start on Sunday against New Orleans after missing the past two games with a knee injury.
Also, cornerback Elbert Mack is listed as questionable.
Bryant, listed as probable, fully participated in practice earlier this week and Coach Raheem Morris expects him to be ready for the Saints.
"It's encouraging. There is no guarantee (about his progress)," Morris said. "There is nothing that is going to happen overnight as far as the knee. We've just got to be hopeful and wishful, but it was an encouraging week for Antonio compared to the last couple."
Bryant, who had surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his left knee in August, missed the Week 2 game against Buffalo and the past two because of recurring pain.
While Morris said Bryant would start, he added backup receiver Maurice Stovall will see plenty of playing time based on his most recent performance. Stovall, who started in place of Bryant, had four receptions for 47 yards and one touchdown during Tampa Bay's 25-23 loss against Miami.
Tampa Bay's other players listed as probable are quarterback Byron Leftwich (right elbow), cornerback Aqib Talib (hamstring), running back Cadillac Williams (knee) and tight end Kellen Winslow (knee).
Meanwhile, Mack injured his knee several weeks ago and has been playing through pain. Morris is unsure if Mack will play. If he cannot, cornerback Torrie Cox would play in three-receiver formations and backup Derrick Roberson could see more playing time.
