The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed third-round draft pick Myron Lewis, a cornerback from Vanderbilt, to a four-year contract Monday.
Lewis, the 67th overall pick of the draft, is expected to play in three-receiver sets when veteran starter Ronde Barber moves inside to cover the slot receiver in the nickel defense. He joins Syracuse WR Mike Williams as the only signed Bucs rookies to date.
To make room for Lewis on the roster, the Bucs released DE Maurice Evans.
