News Channel 8 will select the best of the questions posted and Reynolds will ask them on your behalf. You'll get credit for coming up with the question, too, since the names of users whose questions are selected will be used on the air.
Phillips, who recently re-signed with the Bucs after testing the free agent waters, is a veteran strong safety that is going to be tried out at weakside linebacker during training camp.
Phillips also played under new head coach Raheem Morris in the defensive backfield, so he has insight into Morris' coaching style. Phillips, who turns 30 on Friday, is less than three years younger than his first-year head coach.
