Pasco's Best In Sports Parade Their Stuff

Top athletes and coaches were honored Tuesday at The Tampa Tribune's Pasco County Parade of Athletes at Saint Leo University. Recognized were scholar-athletes, first-team players, and athletes and coaches of the year from each of the Pasco Tribune's all-county teams of 2007-08.

Among those honored were J.W. Mitchell High's John Stanjeski, male team coach of the year for wrestling; Wesley Chapel's Warren Jones, female team coach of the year for girls basketball; Hudson's Travis Tindell, male athlete of the year for first team in football, wrestling and weightlifting; and Land O' Lakes' Kayli Keough, female athlete of the year in volleyball and girls basketball and all-academic selection.
