Twenty-seven boys varsity basketball teams from Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk County will compete in the 2009 Southeast Basketball Academy Summer League, which begins Thursday. All games are played at 6, 7, 8 and 9 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
