Players
Brett Durrance, Sr., Jesuit -- Durrance has been on this players-to-watch list for the second-consecutive year. It's possible he could improve on the 31 goals and 15 assists he collected in 2010.
Carlos Rodriguez, Sr., Sickles -- Rodriguez is physical and controls the middle of the field. He also is a strong leader.
Matt Firestine, Sr., Bloomingdale -- Who will pick up the scoring in the wake of Tevin Gage, who graduated? Firestine could be that man, particularly because he has solid talent around him.
Felipe DeSousa, Sr., Wharton -- Came on strong at the end of last season, helping Wharton pull off the upset district title victory. In only 13 games last season, DeSousa had 15 goals.
Connor Fleming, Sr., Steinbrenner -- Could help Steinbrenner shine brighter than any team this year. Expect Fleming to improve on the 16 goals he scored last year as a junior.
