Super Bowl Brings Parking Garage Deals, Road Closures

»  Comments | Post a Comment

Be prepared for road closures on game day, and know where to find parking bargains throughout the weekend:

Street Closures on Sunday
Several downtown streets will be closed on game day:

Harbour Island Boulevard will be closed northbound from Harbour Island to Old Water Street (formerly St. Pete Times Forum Drive). Island residents and visitors can exit the island on Beneficial Boulevard.

Old Water Street will be one-way westbound from Channelside Drive to Florida Avenue. Eastbound traffic coming off Franklin Street will be routed north on Florida Avenue.

NOTE: Tonight, the Department of Transportation will cover signs directing motorists to Raymond James Stadium. The DOT wants to avoid confusing fans assigned parking spaces at the stadium and given special maps to direct them to stadium parking lots.
