TBO.com requested records from Hillsborough, Polk and Pinellas counties detailing the names of pets registered in those communities. We knew we would come across some really cute ones (Tadpole was our personal favorite!). What we also discovered was that pet names follow people name trends and there were many Emilys, Madisons and Taylors.
