The Florida Department of Education is releasing results for schools and districts from the 2009 Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test. The scores represent the percentage of students who performed at or above grade level. Writing scores were released on April 30 for grades 4, 8 and 10 and show how many students scored a 3.5 or higher on a six-point scale. Reading, math and science for grades 3 through 11 came out May 28. School grades were released June 18. Some schools do not have scores because the number of students tested was too small or because the schools opened recently.
