About This Database
Florida’s Fish and Wildlife Commission regulates possession, exhibition and sale of certain wildlife, under these classifications: reptiles of concern, Class I wildlife, Class II wildlife, Class III wildlife, endangered species, species of special concern, venomous reptiles, game mammals and birds, conditional nonnative wildlife, prohibited nonnative wildlife, threatened species. This database includes the wildest and most lethal species.
ESA – Exhibition/sale of Class I & II wildlife (possess 25 or less).
ESB - Exhibition/sale of Class I & II wildlife (possess 26 or more).
PPL - Personal possession of Class II wildlife.
