Use this database to search by name or area for people in Florida who are due tax refund checks from the Internal Revenue Service. The IRS says 10,024 Floridians have more than $15 million to collect. How do they know? The checks were returned by the U.S. Postal Service. The average undelivered refund is $1,538.
