'93 Oil Spill Still Making a Difference

n 1993, 300,000 gallons of oil spilled into the mouth of Tampa Bay when three tankers collided. Though the damage was minimized, the responsible parties paid $1.4 million to fund restoration projects and after 16 years, all of the projects except one have been completed.
