You can call our 8 On Your Side Helpline at 1-800-338-0808 Monday through Friday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and explain your consumer problem to one of our 8's Army volunteers. Often, the volunteer can help you find a resolution to your consumer issue right over the phone!

Or, you may submit your consumer issue to 8 On Your Side by completely filling out the e-mail form below. It's important to tell us exactly what the business in question has done (if anything) to resolve the problem you're having.
