Megan Hatton
Megan Hatton joined the Storm Team in February 2007 as a Weather Producer and fill-in Meteorologist. You can now catch Megan's forecasts every Saturday and Sunday during the 9 am and Noon broadcasts.
Megan graduated Magna Cum Laude from THE Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Science. She developed a passion for weather at the age of 9 after a she received a book about thunderstorms. She is a native of Northeast Ohio and was born exactly 2.45 miles from the Football Hall of Fame. Needless to say she is a huge fan of football, especially those Buckeyes!
After making several spring break trips to the bay area, Megan fell in love with the stunning Gulf Coast beaches and fantastic Florida climate. She resides in St. Petersburg with her husband and a very spoiled cat. She is a member of the American Meteorological Society.
