Before local artist Garry Dodds travels to Africa and the Middle East to help refugees in that part of the world, he plans to help local homeless people with the help of fellow artist and musician Tanya Orme. Dodds, who is from Safety Harbor, and the Ozona-based Orme wanted to give something back to the community. They will present an exhibition of their art, today, Saturday, at Ozona Village Hall.
