Lance Maulsby, an 8-year-old history buff, requested a meeting with Mayor Pam Iorio, and on Nov. 5 was granted his request. Iorio chatted with the Academy of the Holy Names third-grader about politics, social studies and history as well as the Tampa Bay Rays, Buccaneers and Lightning.
