In response to "On The Look-Out," from Jan. 2, in which Mr. Ludacer condemns the Patriot Act. I applaud his time spent with the U.S. Navy, but as one veteran to another, let's keep the terrorist guessing. As I see with the Patriot Act, one has nothing to be concerned about if one has nothing to hide. We need to keep the enemy on the run. One way is to tap his phone conversations.
