CLEARWATER - DayJet, which operates on-demand business and other flights throughout the Southeast aboard three-passenger "very light jets," announced today that St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport would become its 14th departure location. Regarding "Airport Satisfaction Rises" (Business, May 20): I had to laugh at the JD Powers report. Philadelphia is first in large airports? Have any of these people actually flown into or out of Philadelphia? It is a matter of "no choice" or "escape," and it isn't unusual to wait for baggage for 45 minutes. ...more

Dear Lyn: My husband is in the early stages of Alzheimer's. His memory isn't good and he gets confused. Our only grandchild's wedding is in June. I'm looking forward to it and he's still social enough to enjoy the celebration. It's just that we have to fly and I'm worried about the stress of crowded airports and possibly losing him.
