TAMPA Hillsborough County firefighters were busy this morning, first responding to what had been reported as a hot-air-balloon collision in Lutz that turned out to be nothing and then to alarms in northwest and north Hillsborough County on unrelated calls. Firefighters did find smoke coming out of a duplex at 5910 Mar Jo Drive in North Tampa this morning. They determined that the smoke was coming from a burning pot on the stove.
