The various all-conference teams selected by the county's head coaches were strongly considered. From a nationally televised game to a state championship, it was another memorable year for Hillsborough County football. We had Bloomingdale, Newsome, Spoto and Tampa Bay Tech gaining valuable playoff experience, Tampa Catholic making the state semifinals, and Plant and Armwood battling in Class 4A. Today, we present the Tribune's All-Hillsborough County football team. It was selected by staff writers Katherine Smith, Adam Adkins, Nick Williams and Bill Ward. The team was selected based on regular-season and postseason performances. The various all-conference teams selected by the county's coaches were strongly considered.
