Clumsy Legalese Like many of my fellow Floridians, I went to the polls this week armed with my completed sample ballot and spent just a few minutes casting my vote in the booth. But I had spent a considerable amount of time beforehand trying to decipher the legalese used in the proposed constitutional amendments. In an interview this morning, ousted Hillsborough County elections supervisor Buddy Johnson insists human error played no part in the delayed count of Tuesday's voting results.
