WINTER HAVEN — A string of free passes came back to bite the Panthers yet again. The Polk Community College baseball team scored four runs off seven walks to defeat South Florida Community College 8-1 at Viking Field on Wednesday. "We were very undisciplined at the plate," said SFCC head coach Rick Hitt. "We never got it going on offense, and [Polk's] pitching staff did a great job against us."
